What you will do

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for projects.
• Conduct analysis and research on business processes to identify improvements.
• Develop and present business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
• Support project management tasks including risk tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
• Strong interest in product management or business analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools or frameworks is a plus.
