What you will do

• Lead and influence technical direction on large-scale projects with a focus on frontend React and JavaScript.
• Coach and mentor development teams to improve engineering practices and software quality.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment to shape client projects and team growth.
• Champion software quality, technical standards, and best practices across engagements.
• Work within Scrum or Kanban teams applying agile methodologies and teamwork techniques.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven software engineering experience across full stack with specialization in frontend React and JavaScript.
• Experience mentoring and providing feedback to developers.
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Consultancy or B2B background preferred.
