TL;DR

Senior Frontend Engineer (React, AI): Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js for an AI-powered digital advertising SaaS product with an accent on testing, profiling, and improving frontend performance, and documenting the codebase. Focus on architecting and implementing micro-frontend solutions, leading code review discussions, and making strategic frontend architecture decisions.

Location: 100% Remote

hirify.global's tech department operates as an in-house tech start-up/scale-up, building a multi-tenant SaaS product for localized digital advertising.

What you will do

Write production-grade code daily as a hands-on Individual Contributor.
Architect and implement micro-frontend solutions supporting independent team deployments.
Lead code review discussions and guide technical decision-making.
Develop highly responsive user interface components using React and TypeScript.
Monitor, profile, and optimize frontend performance against Core Web Vitals.
Collaborate within SCRUM workflow and mentor team members on frontend architecture and code quality.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in similar positions.
Product-minded engineer with a strong IC role, writing production code daily.
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, CSS, and Git.
Deep expertise in micro-frontends architecture and familiar with monorepo strategies.
Experience with modern build tools (Vite) and GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of Jest or Vitest, and proven experience with Redux or Zustand.
Expert understanding of performance optimizations, ideally with Core Web Vitals metrics.
Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and Git release strategies.

Nice to have

Experience with Cypress.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Cursor/Claude).
