What you will do

• Support day-to-day administration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in client status calls to review issues and improvements.
• Develop automation solutions for monitoring, scaling, and management.
• Configure tools for cost optimization, security, and compliance.
• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports.
• Troubleshoot AWS compute, storage, networking, IAM, and deployment issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in India (Gurugram)
• 3–5 years of hands-on AWS cloud operations or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows system administration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with monitoring, cost management, and security tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, CloudHealth, Prisma, Dome9.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
