TL;DR
Lead Unity Developer (Game Development): Leading development of a cross-platform real-time multiplayer poker game with an accent on architecture design, team management, and technical quality. Focus on project estimation, sprint planning, and delivering high-quality mobile game features.
What you will do
- Estimate projects and plan sprints
- Manage and coordinate the development team
- Design and implement game architecture
- Develop and deliver game features
- Ensure technical quality and adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world
- Contract for 20 weeks with possible prolongation
- At least 5 years of experience as a Unity Developer
- 2+ completed projects in a lead or senior role
- Released mobile projects in portfolio
- Strong communication and management skills
- Deep knowledge of C# and Unity best practices
- Experience with memory and space optimization
- Russian language proficiency (written & spoken)

- Experience with unit testing
