What you will do
- Plan, execute, and scale app user acquisition campaigns across paid social channels (Facebook Ads) focusing on performance.
- Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
- Drive incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and social teams to boost paid acquisition.
- Generate insights from performance data and proactively identify areas of opportunity.
- Produce regular performance reports and contribute to strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition.
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat) and/or Google Ads.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV).
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
- Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools and BI tools like Looker/Tableau.
- English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience in web2app user acquisition.
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA.
