What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies aligned with project and business goals.
• Lead Quality Engineering initiatives and strategize the transition to quality engineering practices.
• Expertly plan testing for both manual and automation across various areas including Progression, Regression, Integration, E2E, Accessibility, POS, Load & Performance, and Security.
• Design E2E test automation tools and solutions to ensure testing efficiency across multiple platforms and domains.
• Implement measures to support effectively automated CI/CD pipelines to improve release cycles with a shift-left approach.
• Champion testing best practices across the organization and provide technical leadership to the team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software testing with at least 6-7 years of experience in Test Architecture and a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in QA transformation initiatives and building high-performing QA solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development process and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with popular automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Hands-on experience in Integration Test Automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in at least a couple of programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and tools like AWS, Azure, and BrowserStack.
• Knowledge on Gen AI testing tools.
• Knowledge on no/low code tools.
