What you will do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers with consistency and care
• Maintain and enhance HRIS systems like HiBob, BambooHR, Workday, or Personio
• Prepare, review, and improve multi-country HR documentation templates
• Identify and implement improvements in People Operations workflows
• Coordinate payroll data and ensure employee information accuracy
• Support employees and managers with HR-related questions and routine processes
• Handle administrative tasks related to relocations, probation, policies, and contracts

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to the Philippines
• At least two years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist, preferably in fast-growing startups
• Confident use of HRIS platforms such as HiBob, BambooHR, Workday, or Personio
• Strong skills in HR documentation and process improvement, with international experience a plus
• Attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive mindset

Nice to have

• Experience working with multi-country HR templates
• Background in fintech or banking environments
