What you will do

• Provide business architecture insight, technical thought-leadership, and strategic pre-sales expertise.
• Lead resources on business application engagements and discovery workshops.
• Facilitate scoping workshops to understand and deliver customer requirements.
• Design complex, innovative solutions, providing advice and commercial understanding.
• Develop and rollout complex solutions utilizing approved methodologies.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert supporting sales, delivery, and QA.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in a similar role, leading projects and designing solutions.
• Strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of D365.
• Expertise in implementing Structured Development and Implementation Methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, RAD, Iterative, SCRUM).
• Strong client engagement experience in both presales and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated leadership capability.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and complex environment.
