What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions meeting client and OSF standards.
• Lead technical solutioning across Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business and technical objectives.
• Define and document architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and system designs.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to pre-sales discussions and solution scoping with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, with 10+ years overall in technical delivery or development.
• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions for large scale Salesforce integration.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and integration best practices.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations confidently.
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or App Builder).
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within the public sector or Health environment.
