What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and develop technical solutions to deliver meaningful business value.
• Design, implement, and review code while upholding high-quality engineering standards.
• Ensure process maturity by strictly following and promoting established controls and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and architect scalable, high-performance, and testable backend solutions.
• Drive and own technical decision-making across the team and project.
• Communicate directly with the UK-based client to clarify requirements, share progress, and present results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Technical Lead or Senior Technical Expert.
• Strong proficiency in C#, capable of producing secure, efficient, and maintainable software.
• Excellent system design and software architecture skills, particularly for web applications and microservices.
• Deep experience with C# / .NET (6, 8, 10) and related ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, message brokers, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps principles, and modern testing practices.
• English: B2 required for client communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with advanced concepts in ReactJS.
