What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of four data analysts, overseeing analytics projects across the organization.
• Define and execute the strategic analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Tech, and Media Buying teams to support key decisions.
• Contribute hands-on to data analysis, modeling, and improving analytics infrastructure.
• Drive analytics efforts in pricing to optimize campaign performance and profitability.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models while reducing technical debt.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in North Holland, Netherlands
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with high-volume data environments and large-scale analytics projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Proficiency with Looker or similar BI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery.
• Strong Python or R skills for analysis and automation.
