What you will do

  • Lead and deliver complex IS/IT projects on a global scale.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Oversee implementation of HR IT applications including payroll, time & attendance, and compensation & benefits.
  • Ensure alignment with ABB IS PM policies and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations; facilitate meetings and drive consensus.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine
  • 5+ years of experience in IS Project Management delivering large, complex projects internationally.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing HR domain applications.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master.
  • Fluent English — spoken and written
