What you will do

• Innovate, design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered solutions for public safety and operational workflows.
• Develop agentic systems interacting with APIs and querying knowledge sources for structured and unstructured data reasoning.
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and software engineers to implement agentic systems and automated workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model and agent performance, scalability, and safety.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure including APIs, prompt libraries, and best practices for agent development.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to present demos, gather feedback, and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, data science, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in AI/NLP development with hands-on LLM and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, API development, GPU clusters, and reproducible development practices.
• Proven track record deploying AI/LLM solutions for real-world applications.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and deploying autonomous or agentic AI systems in production operational workflows.
• Practical experience with graph databases and graph-based reasoning.
• Exposure to ethical AI frameworks, compliance, and explainable AI techniques.
