What you will do

• Monitor and engage with the community across Facebook, VIP Facebook Group, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Schedule social media posts and video content across multiple channels.
• Build reward links for each social post.
• Assist with filming, editing, and publishing TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
• Schedule push notifications for iOS and Android players and segment audiences for targeted notifications.
• Build performance reports for posts and campaigns and collaborate closely with the Community Manager on social and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in mobile gaming as a Community Coordinator or similar role.
• Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and standard processes.
• Creative, curious, and able to think creatively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret community metrics.
• Must be authorized to work in Montreal, QC, for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
