Location: Hybrid: 3 days/week from the Vilnius office

Salary: 3500 - 4200 gross EUR

What you will do

• Test new and existing application features from an end-to-end user perspective.
• Perform UI/UX validation to ensure seamless, friendly user journeys.
• Write and execute test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and actual business flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting collaborative iteration and UAT activities.
• Use JIRA to work with Epics, Stories, defects, and test execution.
• Handle defect lifecycle: reporting, retesting, verifying fixes, and resolving disagreements.

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX testing with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Awareness or hands-on experience with financial or transactional systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with JIRA for Epics, Stories, test execution, and defect workflow.
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases based on requirements.
• Strong understanding of test execution steps and defect management processes and good communication skills.
• Work setup: Hybrid: 3 days/week from the Vilnius office.
