Senior QA Engineer

Salary: €2500–€4640 gross/month

What you will do

• Review requirements and create/update test documentation (test plans, test cases, flow diagrams).
• Define, execute, and maintain test scenarios across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing; report and track defects.
• Participate in test environment setup and contribute to Agile processes.
• Monitor quality dashboards and influence tooling/process improvements, including CI/CD integration.
• Support and maintain automated test scripts (UI/API) in collaboration with developers.

Requirements

• Significant QA experience in software engineering/digital product companies, including leadership or senior individual contributor roles.
• Deep expertise in both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs, with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Proven track record in defining QA strategy, implementing frameworks, and raising overall quality maturity.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing across engineering, product, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English languages (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of non-functional testing types (performance, security, accessibility).
• ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience in regulated or highly-secure domains.
