What you will do

• Architect and implement modular, maintainable software solutions optimized for performance and scalability
• Lead feature and epic design discussions with cross-functional teams
• Drive technical decision-making aligned with business objectives
• Own medium to large-scale projects from conception to delivery
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best development practices

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with leadership in technical initiatives
• Proficiency in C# or similar modern object-oriented languages
• Experience with agile methodologies and system architecture principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
