What you will do

• Identify and qualify opportunities across Microsoft 365, modern management, security, and collaboration.
• Lead sales cycles with Account Managers from discovery to contract signing.
• Run customer workshops and design high-level architecture and next steps.
• Build proposals with Solution Architects including scope, cost models, and value messaging.
• Present confidently to technical and C-level audiences, managing objections and guiding decisions.
• Support marketing activities and maintain partnerships with Microsoft and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic
• Pre-sales or enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in Microsoft Modern Work.
• Hands-on understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and security concepts.
• Ability to explain modern workplace concepts such as Zero Trust, hybrid work, and adoption/change management.
• Comfortable presenting to IT leaders and C-level stakeholders with strong communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications like MS-900 are a strong plus.
