What you will do

• Validate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a full-scale project implementation plan.
• Manage internal and external project communications.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering middle and large-sized IT projects.
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, including Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe or LeSS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in consulting and ability to drive reliable planning across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in communication and managing high-level escalations.
• Prior experience in banking or fintech environments.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
