What you will do

• Lead and influence project direction with expert technical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor development teams to improve engineering practices.
• Champion software quality and technical vision for clients and hirify.global.
• Work hands-on with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript technologies including Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment to shape teams and projects.
• Apply best practices in Scrum or Kanban agile teams.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js/React).
• Experience mentoring and coaching development teams.
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong application architecture and CI/CD knowledge.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English).
