Что делать

• Provide expert technical support for hirify.global NGFW products.
• Interact with first-line support via ticketing systems, email, and corporate messengers.
• Participate in remote client sessions and reproduce complex client issues.
• Report product bugs and collaborate with RnD teams on solutions.
• Follow procedures and KPIs, accumulate product knowledge, and share expertise with colleagues.
• Participate in architecture development projects and improve automation tools for diagnostics.

Требования

• Experience: at least 2 years in technical support or Infosec/IT product implementation.
• Knowledge of data transmission networks and network problem diagnostics.
• Experience with dynamic routing protocols: OSPF, BGP.
• Professional Linux administration and problem diagnostics skills.
• English proficiency: intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
