What you will do

• Lead premium video production including brand films, TV commercials, social content, animation, and explainers
• Develop and approve shoot moodboards to elevate brand perception
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of shoots including locations, equipment, styling, and talent casting
• Oversee full asset delivery from concept through post-production
• Collaborate with videographers and studio members to enhance production quality

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in production or director-level roles within brand or agency environments
• Proven track record delivering diverse content types from TV ads to TikTok ads
• Expertise in managing full production lifecycle including post-production
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) required
• Location: Must be onsite in London, UK
