What you will do

• Champion client needs, build strong relationships, and ensure communication goals are met through tailored strategies, regionally (South-East Europe countries).
• Develop and oversee integrated media strategies, leveraging cutting-edge AI platforms and data insights.
• Coordinate and empower internal teams to create holistic solutions.
• Identify new opportunities with existing clients and contribute to new business pitches.
• Guide and develop your account team, ensuring their growth, high performance, and motivation.
• Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all client projects and reports.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar account management role within a media agency.
• Strong understanding of the media market, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
• Strategic mindset: ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a commitment to client success.
• Comfortable with media planning tools and eager to explore and utilize AI assistance platforms.
• Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
