What you will do
- Streamline customer communication throughout the entire customer journey (implementation to advocacy).
- Design and execute marketing strategies to assure customer awareness of continuous product value and drive retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams on multi-channel strategies for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Plan and execute Go-to-Market campaigns for new products and features, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Drive customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and speakership at events.
- Create effective sales enablement collateral using aligned product messaging for existing customers.
- Track and report on campaign success, customer data, and ROI of customer marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer marketing, product marketing experience or related domain, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to understand software products and clearly communicate their benefits.
- Experience in building and executing effective customer journeys for product adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Proficiency in partnering with Customer Success or Account Management teams.
- Strong project management, analytical, and exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation systems and CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
- Fluency in English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in businesses with high touch sales (SLG) and long sales cycles.
- Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or Finance.
- Some experience in Demand Generation.
