What you will do

• Execute high-quality video production including brand films, social content, animation, and explainers.
• Develop shoot moodboards and translate creative direction into visual execution.
• Plan and coordinate shoots including shot lists, equipment setup, prop styling, and location scouting.
• Manage full post-production from editing and grading to sound design and final delivery.
• Collaborate with the Production Director and Studio team to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, United Kingdom
• 2-4 years experience in videography or production within a brand or agency environment.
• Proficiency in post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into executable shoot plans and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and provide creative input.
