What you will do

• Own and evolve test strategies, frameworks, and quality standards for cloud-based healthcare software.
• Drive integration of AI and automation into testing workflows to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Serve as quality advocate in architecture decisions, risk assessments, and release planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop QA/Test engineers, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Optimize test processes, including automation, manual testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and quality gates for frequent, reliable deployments.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in software testing (manual and automated) in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong background in cloud-based SaaS testing (performance, smoke, canary, A/B releases, scalability).
• Familiarity with modern test tools and methodologies (e.g., Playwright, GoLang test runner, SonarQube, Postman).
• Solid understanding of agile and DevSecOps practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR, FHIR).
• Knowledge of Spanish and German.
