What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee QA efforts within the game area, ensuring efficient testing and alignment with project milestones.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, promoting accountability and continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain test plans and strategies, ensuring consistent coverage across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, producers, and designers to integrate quality standards throughout development.
• Analyze data and defect trends to provide insights and drive process improvements.
• Lead release readiness testing and support incident triage and post-release analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in the video game industry, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Proficient in JIRA, Testmo, and version control tools.
• Familiarity with Unity and experience testing across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
