What you will do

• Maintain Service Level Objectives and improve system availability, latency, and health.
• Develop automation to scale systems and enable quick recovery from service issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance reliability, observability, and release velocity.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Support cloud migration projects through architectural reviews and operational testing.
• Advocate strong engineering practices for scalable and performant services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years industry experience with Object Oriented programming (Java, C#, Python, Go).
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, observability, infrastructure as code, and security.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, BigPanda, Terraform, and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
