What you will do

• Create impactful and engaging design solutions based on user research and prototyping, considering teaching-specific constraints.
• Contribute to project scoping and problem framing with a focus on user needs and technical feasibility.
• Validate and improve designs through user testing and team feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and customer-facing teams to enhance pedagogical value.
• Advance the visual identity with appealing designs and micro-interactions.
• Participate actively in design critiques and contribute to the design system's evolution.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Brussels, Belgium with hybrid work and partial remote possible.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Designer in SaaS, preferably EdTech.
• English proficiency: English-first company; proficiency in English and French required.
• Strong UI/UX skills with emphasis on interaction design and user delight.
• Analytical skills with ability to conduct user research and leverage data for design decisions.
• Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

• Experience with accessibility in design.
