What you will do

• Support treasury operations and maintain efficient digital asset management across a multi-chain environment.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack systems for Chainlink’s multichain digital asset treasury infrastructure.
• Automate critical treasury workflows, including liquidity rebalancing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to the lifecycle of new treasury tooling, including backend logic and product integrations.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Build integrations with bridges, decentralized applications, and smart contracts for seamless on-chain flows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience, preferably with backend services, developer tooling, or financial/treasury systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, including interacting with wallet/contract-based systems and handling on-chain data.
• Strong backend (SQL/Bigquery/RDS) and frontend development skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js/React).
• Proficiency in Go and Rust programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Github/Github Actions, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus/Splunk).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Comfort with distributed-system tooling and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes/containers).
• Understanding of smart contracts and Solidity.
• Understanding financial concepts of payments, liquidity, and risk management.
• Background in Finance/Fintech.
