What you will do

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Translate product requirements and UI designs into functional features.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and integrate apps with backend APIs.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal or able to work remotely within the country.
• 3+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of OOP, state management, and architectural patterns.
• Experience with unit/integration testing, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with local storage solutions like Hive or SQLite.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
