Location: Hybrid, based in Dublin with 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, development, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Provide expert in-country HR guidance ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple international locations.
• Lead and support cross-country HR initiatives in partnership with People Partners and People team.
• Manage complex, multi-jurisdiction employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Support performance cycles, talent planning, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dublin with hybrid work arrangement
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with local leadership.
• In-depth expertise in employment laws and compliance across multiple countries including Ireland.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent judgment, empathy, discretion, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Portugal employment laws is a plus.
