What you will do
- Build and maintain content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Write and adapt copy for B2C and B2B audiences ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Coordinate short-form video content creation and publishing cadence.
- Manage UGC creators and community content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Brand, and PR teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- 5+ years managing social media for consumer apps, kids/family, entertainment, or EdTech brands.
- Strong copywriting skills for both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
- Experience coordinating motion/design teams and UGC workflows.
- Ability to work with fast-moving teams and multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with large IP partners like Disney or Netflix.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
- Knowledge of early childhood learning or family digital products.
- Familiarity with social listening or analytics tools.
