What you will do

• Execute operational strategy for the Casino Platform in alignment with product and company goals.
• Build and scale a predictable operating model to support a growing client portfolio.
• Ensure a high level of client NPS, SLA stability, and service quality.
• Handle escalations and work with key clients in close collaboration with Commercial and Product leaders.
• Optimize internal processes, including onboarding, releases, and migrations.
• Mitigate operational risks, oversee compliance processes, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across markets.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, platform products, or online solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
• Experience with licensing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes.
• Understanding of the technological architecture of platform-based solutions.
• Strong operational and strategic thinking with leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
• Fluent Russian is a must-have.

• Experience working with metrics, SLAs, budgets, analytics, and P&L.
