What you will do

• Drive acquisition and early-stage growth for the pet insurance product launch in Spain
• Support Spanish operations to meet revenue, profit, and performance targets
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution
• Build and develop local teams focusing on acquisition and operational excellence
• Engage directly with customers and support sales and partner acquisition
• Conduct market analysis and act as liaison between central services and local market
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and strategic partners

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with multi-stakeholder project management
• Fluent Spanish (C2 or native) and English; German is a plus
• Experience working with or within Spanish businesses and culture
• Strong communication, leadership, and growth mindset
• Preferably Bachelor/Master in business studies

Nice to have

• Experience in the Spanish insurance industry or InsurTech projects
