What you will do

• Manage well-structured, clearly scoped projects for mobile games.
• Oversee and coordinate teams to align with project goals and priorities.
• Maintain timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and process issues.
• Keep documentation updated and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in game development industry
• Familiarity with game development processes and pipelines.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Fluent Russian and English at upper intermediate level or higher
• Experience working with remote teams.
