What you will do

• Assist in creating and updating project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
• Attend and document meetings including MoM, task assignments, and status updates.
• Track task progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to follow up on blockers and dependencies.
• Support sprint planning and backlog grooming activities.
• Assist with documentation such as risk logs, issue trackers, and feature summaries.

Requirements

• Location: Must be willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung.
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in relevant fields like Information Systems, Computer Science, or Game Development.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable or eager to learn project management tools like Notion.
• Interest in game development, technology, or digital product management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and adapt quickly.
