What you will do

• Negotiate new contracts and renewals with market data vendors and exchanges, especially in Asia.
• Maintain the contract inventory management platform including cost structures.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Engineering, Finance, and business teams to vet contracts and process invoices.
• Manage usage reporting and audits to meet firm needs.
• Respond to colleague requests for new data vendors and services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong
• Strong experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management with Asian exchanges.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Working knowledge of FITS, MDSL, or INFOmatch inventory systems preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
