Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional recruiting experience or a relevant HR internship preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact.
• Self-starter who can stay organized and handle competing priorities.
• Fluency in English required.
• Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed.
