What you will do

• Maintain and build new integrations with partners
• Design and implement maintainable and robust data processing solutions
• Create technical and architectural standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and polish features
• Mentor team members and assist in hiring
• Maintain a healthy codebase

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (hybrid work)
• Expert knowledge of recent PHP and Symfony versions
• Experience building scalable systems
• Familiarity with AWS (SQS, RDS, S3), Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, ElasticSearch, and DDD principles
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
• Practical communication skills and teamwork ability
