TL;DR
Lead Software Engineer & Team Lead (Backend): Designing and developing high-performance backend software solutions with an accent on architecture, coding standards, and team leadership. Focus on mentoring, project ownership, and driving engineering excellence across complex, high-load projects in logistics and e-commerce.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Šiauliai, Lithuania
Salary: €4920 - €7380 gross per month

What you will do
- Design and develop high-performance tailored software solutions
- Set coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability
- Take full ownership of projects from planning to completion, managing technical issues and mentoring team members
- Shape technical offerings and solution proposals aligned with business needs
- Introduce and implement new technologies aligned with project goals
- Lead the team by fostering collaboration, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Šiauliai, Lithuania
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex backend systems with relational databases
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ or similar technologies
- Strong commitment to software development best practices and security
- Experience in mentoring and leading teams
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian

- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and cloud architecture
