Salary: €1500 - €1900 gross per month

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and servers
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems including LAN/WAN networks
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT service desk operations using Jira Service Management
• Customize and maintain Jira workflows and manage IT inventory

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kaunas, Lithuania
• Experience in IT support or system administration
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and server environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Understanding of IT security principles

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools and platforms
• Knowledge of Jira Service Management
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools
