What you will do

• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and requests with thorough documentation and SLA compliance
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
• Participate in migration projects such as ESCM to Intune
• Manage hardware, software, and application licenses
• Provide remote and onsite support collaborating with internal IT teams across international locations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as System Administrator or IT Support Engineer
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 services
• Experience with Azure AD and Intune administration
• Advanced troubleshooting and documentation skills

Nice to have

• Communication skills in German or French
