What you will do

• Scope and implement a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) in line with EU, national, and UNECE regulations, guided by ISO21434.
• Define and lead the end-to-end safety and cybersecurity architecture across ADS stack, autonomy platform, cloud infrastructure, and connected cloud systems.
• Lead the architecture and governance of zero-trust cloud security, cryptographic model deployment, and intrusion detection tooling.
• Execute product security analysis activities, including Penetration Testing, TARA, and toolchain qualification.
• Architect, scope, and assist in implementing security monitoring for product, development, and cloud environments.
• Establish fleet-scale security monitoring, anomaly detection, and create dashboards for key programs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in cybersecurity across AI-driven, autonomous, or complex embedded systems.
• Deep automotive cybersecurity experience, especially with connected or automated vehicle cybersecurity.
• Experience in adversarial threat defense, cryptographic infrastructure, OTA security, and cloud-vehicle trust architecture.
• Proficiency with ISO21434 and experience with Cyber Security Management Systems.
• Familiarity with global security requirements in Type Approval & Homologation regulations (UNECE R155 & 156, US FMVSS).
• Familiarity with automotive safety requirements (ISO26262).
