What you will do

• Lead and develop endpoint security and management capabilities including configuration, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
• Maintain and enhance endpoint tools such as Microsoft Intune and PatchMyPC.
• Design and implement endpoint security policies and configuration baselines for global security standards.
• Collaborate with external managed service providers to review SLAs and drive operational improvements.
• Support endpoint-related projects and vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Communicate technical security requirements clearly to technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Malmö, Sweden
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and preferably PatchMyPC and Rapid7.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security controls including BitLocker and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management and scripting/automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS or mobile device management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with incident response, threat detection, or security analytics tools.
• Relevant Microsoft security certifications and familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
