What you will do
- Troubleshoot application issues and find effective solutions.
- Provide customer support during product implementations and software upgrades.
- Follow up on issues requiring additional research for timely resolution.
- Prepare detailed write-ups and documentation for escalated issues.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, including weekly calls.
- Collaborate with Global Solutions team members across the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- SQL Server and web Server knowledge.
