What you will do
- Manage and coach a global team of Customer Success Managers.
- Drive team growth, retention, and performance management.
- Hire new team members to support business growth.
- Manage renewal pipeline and forecast risks with mitigation strategies.
- Handle escalations for complex renewals and strategic customer relationships.
- Represent customer voice to influence product and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore or able to work hybrid there
- 2+ years leadership experience managing Customer Success teams.
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures and regions.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Technical competence in data analysis and customer health metrics.
- Customer-centric and product-oriented mindset.
