What you will do
- Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enhancing revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
