What you will do

• Build a ledger system to track all client funds.
• Integrate on-ramp/off-ramp and custodial service providers.
• Develop a payroll system for large-scale crypto and fiat payouts.
• Design and implement communication protocols for internal processing and blockchain adapters.
• Participate in architectural discussions for system evolution and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency with Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code, with a strong value for tests and code reviews.
• Comfortable working with existing systems, including refactoring and reducing technical debt.
• Mandatory: experience with systems involving money, balances, transactions, or similarly complex business logic.
